All sessions are intended to support personal and spiritual growth. Those participating within the session must be 18 years or older unless requested by a parent. If someone under the age of 18 is the identified client, a parent or guardian must be present during the session to provide consent.

You are responsible for the time and date of your session.  Please note that our system will offer you Amanda Decetise’s availability based on Pacific Standard Time. All sessions will take place via Zoom, FaceTime or phone.  

Any recording of your session is for your personal use only. All recordings are property of Amanda Decetise and are not for public use in any way. If you are late to a session Amanda Decetise will do her best to honor your time, but sadly cannot go over the time allocated for your session.  

Amanda Decetise follows a strict cancellation and rescheduling policy. All sessions booked are non-refundable. You may reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. You may reschedule up to two times.

Amanda Decetise does not store credit card details, nor do we share customer details with any third parties. Your privacy is extremely important to Amanda. This privacy statement provides information about the personal information collected, and the ways in which Amanda Decetise uses that personal information.

When booking an appointment, or filling out a form on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, postal address, or email address. You may, however, visit the site anonymously.

• To improve customer service.  Your information helps us to more efficiently respond to your customer service requests and support needs

Amanda Decetise currently uses Acuity and PayPal to accept payments and hold contact information.  Both services have a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties.  This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, as long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.  We may also release information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect our or others rights, property, or safety.  However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
